Mission / Services
Mission
- To provide data, analytic and statistical support to UCSF investigators engaged in molecular biologic, genomic and genetics research projects.
- To devise, implement and disseminate novel statistical methodologies appropriate to such studies.
- To forge links and collaborations with existing and emerging UCSF entities engaged in such endeavors.
- To aid training in the application and interpretation of these data analytic techniques in concert with existing UCSF courses such as those offered under the Program in Quantitative Biology and Biological and Medical Informatics Graduate Program.
Services
We offer collaborative support for molecular biologic and genetics projects including assistance with:
- Study design
- Grant preparation
- Data analysis
Our consulting services are available through the CTSI's Biomedical Informatics Program.
